What paperwork is needed to sell a house without an agent in Kentucky?

Not that I’m opposed to using agents. But if you happen to sell a house to a friend or whatever, what paperwork are you supposed to do, besides the mortgage paperwork, which the bank does?

It is the same forms that a real estate agent would use. You need a offer and acceptance contract of sale and alot of disclosure forms. You submit all that to escrow and they draw up escrow instructions, mortgage forms, grant deed and whatever else is required by state law.
