Recent trends in my neighborhood. Are houses staying on the market longer. Are buyers concentrating on the cheaper houses. What kind of financing are the nearby buyers choosing. What is the normal cost of repairs spent by sellers on a non-fixup sale. What is the shortest closing time that could be expected.
