What is the first step? and what are the different papers involve in selling the house? and when purchasing a house how do u process the paper that proves that u really own the hauz. and what is the name of that document or paper?

When buying hire a real estate lawyer to handle all the paperwork,. A title search which the buyer pays for guarantees who the owner is

If you don’t want to use a real estate agent then you at least better contact a good title company. For a charge they will help you with all the paperwork.
If you are trying to avoid them also…..the buyer would not be able to get a mortgage without a title company involved. and even with an all cash transaction…any little mistake means that years down the line when the new buyer tries to sell the house they may find out a screw up that happened back in this transaction- and they will need to track you down and hope you will help them by signing whatever needs to be done.

You have a deed that proves you own the house. Depending on your area, there are numerous forms to sell a house.
Please tell me you are hiring an agent to help you sell. Please.
