What are some steps to take in selling a house?

My family is trying to sell our house, it’s been 3 1/2 months. We’ve cleaned it, decluttered it, no smell whatsoever. No wallpaper, when we show the house we don’t leave anything distracting out. We’ve tried to neutalize everything to not throw off buyers.

I know the market is seriously tipped in the supply>demand direction but are there any secrets that can get a house sold?

P.S. Nice neighborhood, no robberies ever!, good yard.

    In this economy, you need professional assistance now more than ever. Interview, research and hire a Realtor.
