What are some options when moving for job and have to sell house right away?
These options should not include how to sell a house.
We would be moving out of state. The new job does not offer relocation package.

sell quickly in a buyer's market you ask? only one thing will sell in this market, price , price price and location, people have monies to buy but they are gun shy since the big bust looking for deals, but buyers are out there have the monies but are looking for a deal not in a rush

In this market the best thing you can do is take a loss and sell below market.

You can order PODS and pack yourself. You could have a HUGE garage sale and get rid of everything except clothes. You could hire Two Guys and a Truck, although I've seen three men in that truck! lol I hope that is helpful
