Is hiring a team of constructors for building a house and then sell it profitable?
Let’s say I want to build a 1 story, quite big house with a modern structure and a good looking yard in a decent location of a big city.
I’m hiring a team of constructors and then sell the house. WIll it be profitable?

No, you will lose your shirt, it will cost 3 times to build then what you can sell it for.

There is a reason builders construct developments which is it is cheaper to build and sell 20 $200k homes than it is for them to build the exact same design only once and sell it for twice as much. . Custom building which is what you are really doing is always more expensive from a buyer’s prospective and, if they are willing to pay the extra money, then they want to have an architect design their dream not yours, have the painters use the colors they want not "builder basic off white", pick out the appliances and carpet…. There is a definite niche market for this but not as a one shot in and out experience
