Read thru what I'm saying and make it fit your situation although realtors (agents, brokers) cannot sell a home outside of the state they are in they do have connections in other states that can do that for them. You can tell them that the home is in NC and suggest they sell the home to someone in the military and it should sell fast. The commission would be split between the realtor where you are and the one in NC. I’m not really sure if you’re saying you live in NC or you’re out of state and want to sell the house in NC.
