How do you sell a house to somebody out of state?
I have a house on the coast of North Carolina that I want to sell, but there isn’t a big market locally so I’m looking to sell it to somebody from out of state so that they can buy it as a summer home. Other than ebay, how do I get people up north to see the house? Is there any websites that handle such a thing?

your best bet would be to list your home with an brokerage that has the capability and good presence online nationwide. An example of a company like this is Century 21. They are worldwide and have a good online presence

I’m not really sure if you’re saying you live in NC or you’re out of state and want to sell the house in NC. Read thru what I’m saying and make it fit your situation
although realtors (agents, brokers) cannot sell a home outside of the state they are in they do have connections in other states that can do that for them. You can tell them that the home is in NC and suggest they sell the home to someone in the military and it should sell fast. The commission would be split between the realtor where you are and the one in NC.
