House empty, how do I contact owner about selling it?

I don’t know how to contact the owner because he does not live on the house (he rents it out, but it’s empty)

When I drive by, there’s no lights and no cars parked.
He was selling house back in December through a real estate company.

    You have to go to the town hall and determine who the owner currently is. Once you have that information you can then write him or call him and determine what he wants for the house. If its been foreclosed on yu then have to find out who the current company is that is holding it
    or realtor that is marketing it.
