Are there Pennsylvania laws about selling a house with or without a driveway?

I want to sell my house and move into the house next door. I want to keep the driveway from my house and sell my house without a driveway at all. Is that illegal in PA?
Are there laws surrounding selling a house without a driveway? If so what are they?

You can do it, but you would need to have the deed changed to reflect the new lot size of both homes. This would also involve surveying both lots. You would also have to buy the other home first.

There are no laws prohibiting this that I know of.
